My client is a very successful Retail fit out contractor with multiple blue-chip clients. They have built a solid reputation in the industry by producing projects to a very high standard. They are well established and provide their services across all the UK.

Job role 
They require two freelance Site Managers to oversee a retail fit out. The project is a bakery store fit out in Cheshire oaks. The projects are full internal fit outs with high end finishes that will run for 6 weeks initially. Due to pipeline of projects there is a potential for 12 months work or the opportunity to go permanent if you are willing to travel. Accommodation costs are covered by the contractor for any working away projects.

Experience required
- Strong background in fit out and refurbishment (Retail fit out)
- Trade background is preferred but not essential
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates required.
- Worked on projects with a value up to £500k plus
- Must be able to conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Must be confident in conducting site and progress meetings
- Be able to manage a full site program to complete projects on time and to budget
- Motivate Sub-contractors and trades on site
- Produce regular and clear progress reports
