Looking to engage with a senior quantity surveyor on a large residential/apartment scheme in Bristol. The engagement will be for around 12 months and will require a senior quantity surveyor for the duration. The project is 104 apartments.
There will be pre construction & monthly valuations expected through the role, therefore a QS' that has worked on a project on this magnitude is desired. The role will start immediately for the right individual. Hybrid working will be offered.
