Project Manager - Commerical Fit Out / Refurbishment Projects
Location: Central London (with flexible and remote working options)
Salary: Up to £100,000 (plus package, depending on experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and driven Project Manager to lead their commercial office fit-out projects within the Interiors division. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards. This role demands strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful delivery of Cat A, Cat B, Fit Out, Cut & Carve, and Refurbishment projects.
- Lead and inspire project teams, including subcontractors, site staff, and consultants, ensuring clear communication and collaboration at all stages of the project.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
- Oversee all aspects of project quality, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, manage costs effectively, and provide regular financial updates to senior management.
- Ensure all projects are executed with the highest regard for health and safety, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the fit-out construction industry, particularly in commercial office spaces.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Cat A, Cat B, Fit Out, Cut & Carve, and Refurbishment projects.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a related field (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
