An leading client of ours in Bridgwater is looking for a experienced Occupational health specialist to join their friendly and supportive growing team.

Our client is looking for a Senior OH Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role is full time, 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday.

On site role, 8am-4pm

Salary up to £48K per annum

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Occupational Health Service.
• Carrying out Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry and Fitness for work assessments
• Providing health education and promotion to the client.
• Undertaking case management over the phone/in person, producing high standard and quality management advice reports
• Providing clinical supervision and supporting other team members where less experienced
• Supporting the OH manager to advise, monitor and assess the clinical practice of the OH team.
• Responding to client/manager's requests for support/information on the working environment.

Experience / skills required;

• NMC Registered Nurse
• OH Degree/Diploma desirable
• Occupational Health experience essential
