PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS BASED IN SHAFTSBURY SO OWN TRANSPORT IS NEEDED

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce a high volume of quality products, ensuring each batch meets company standards.
• Follow all production plans to ensure orders are completed on time and in full.
• Adhere to all technical requirements, operating procedures, and health & safety policies.
• Assist in training other personnel to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with the Production Management team to support business goals flexibly.
• Working Hours: 06:00am-18:00pm OR 18:00pm - 06:00am - 4 on/4 off shift pattern

Your Experience So Far:

• Ideally, experience in a production, factory, or warehouse environment.
• Understanding of food safety practices and health & safety standards (training provided).
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and a ‘can do’ approach.
