£11.44 per hour - full time with varied shift patterns to include earlies, lates, long days and sleep ins

I am looking for full time FEMALE support workers to join an established organisation who supports vulnerable adults within a supported housing setting.

You will work a varied shift pattern on a full time basis, and support some fabulous people who are independent, have a wide range of interests and are the support they need to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Personal care
* Support with life skills, activities, independence and community involvement
* Liaising with professional and external providers
* Creating and maintaining a meaningful relationship with the family
* Updating all relevant paperwork

To be considered for this extremely rewarding opportunity, you will demonstrate personal or professional person centred care experience, have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern and ideally have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
