Overview:
A growing Real Estate consultancy is looking for a Property Administrator to join their Property Management department. The position will involve supporting the team with the day to day operations of the department and ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks. If you are a detail-orientated administrator with previous experience within the Real Estate industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting property management surveyors with scheduling, inspections, coordinating maintenance and managing vendor relationships
- Responding to tenant inquiries, managing lease renewals and handling maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare, review and process lease agreements and renewals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Handle rent collection, process invoices and assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Update and maintain property files, databases and records to ensure all information is accurate and accessible
- Ensure all properties comply with agreed regulations and company policies, keeping up-to-date with any changes in property laws
Skills Required:
- Previous administration experience is required, ideally within a property setting
- Has an understanding of commercial property management
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, such as Excel and Word
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
