Bid Co-Ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Co-Ordinator to join an established main contractor based in Oxford. The business is privately owned and has a large presence in the region. They undertake projects across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, residential and commercial with projects typically valuing up to £20mil.

About this Bid Co-Ordinator role:

As Bid Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager, Bid Managers and Estimators. This role will be a diverse role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in many aspects of the bid process.

Key Responsibilities for this Bid-Cordinator role:

  • Manage tender documentation
  • Manage PQQ submissions
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Creating and updating CVs
  • Ensure bids are aesthetically pleasing / develop new ideas and layouts
