Salary: up to £60,000 per annum

The Role
Our client is currently looking for a Production Project Manager who deals with high-end shop fit outs and have a creative outlook on products. The successful candidate will have shop floor experience and will be able to be the bridge between the account management team and the shop floor.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To manage relationships with customers/partners and understanding the technical knowledge of projects.
- To be responsible for dealing with outsourced work, and to be able to manage work through other suppliers.
- To attend site surveys as well as occasionally to installations to ensure a smooth process.
- To contribute to the operation of the team, whilst supporting the development and improvement of project management processes.
- To work with production to delegate tasks/resources to ensure the projects is delivered according to plan.
- To proactively manage project risks and to mitigate issues as they arise.
The Candidate
- Experience within the Retail display manufacturing environment as well as installations.
- Strong project management skills in previous roles as Project Manager.
- Good people management skills, a team player and pro-actively works with a can-do attitude.
- Be open and willing to learn and use insight to develop the business.
- Experience within inter-departments in a workshop.
