Senior Quantity Surveyor – What you will be doing:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Report to the Regional Director/Manager and Commercial Manager.
- Monitor and analyse contract performance.
- Administer day-to-day commercial operations, ensuring financial success.
- Implement commercial procedures and prepare accurate sub-contracts.
- Maintain high professional standards with clients and mentor junior staff.
- Ensure timely submissions and protect the company’s interests.
- Manage sub-contractor performance and payment processes.
- Lead meetings and manage the commercial team.
- Involve in dispute resolution and risk assessment.
- Submit and analyse performance data.
- Administer and draft commercial contracts.
- Mentor and develop junior staff.
- Ensure compliance and manage disputes.
