We are working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of £200m and a strong presence across sectors who are looking for an electrical project manager to join their London business unit to work on a notable £14m M&E cat A&B fit out project in Central London. 

Reporting to an operations manager you will join the project from early stage pre-construction. You will act as the lead on the scheme taking full control of the full package, with a senior mechanical engineer as a direct report and a wider team of site managers and supervisors. The project gets to deliver stage in early next year and is due to run until mid 2026. 

Responsibilities:
· The primary focus of this role will include the overall management and performance of the operational project team to ensure that all activities meet the programme, cost, safety and quality objectives of the Project.
· Overall responsibility of the Building Services installation on your projects .
· Deliver a quality installation, in line with client's expectations, maximise the profitability and driving our cost whilst maintaining our standards.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget to agreed standards and ensure the project budget and costs are managed effectively.
· Manage staff performance on the project by ensuring they have clear roles and responsibilities.
· Promote Health & Safety at all times, ensuring risks are identified and mitigation measures are put in place.
· Share best practice and promote innovation.
