The Role:
- Maintaining inventory databases
- Uploading new products and maintaining product records including written content, images, attributes and channel specific pricing
- Updating daily channel performance reports
- Submitting content including titles, descriptions, images and pricing information to 3rd party marketplaces, dropship partners and D2C stores
- Compiling and sending range proposals to retail buyers
- Implementing promotions, monitoring and updating brand promotional calendars, submitting promotion details to channels, collating promotional data
- Monitoring channel health, including product activations, stock levels, run rates
- Highlighting any issues to the Business Unit head
- Administering Amazon FBA stock replenishments, working with the ops team to ensure efficient flow of stock into Amazon channel
- Monitoring and collating data on returns and daily dispatch volumes
Attributes:
- Excellent level of English language
- Confident in use of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in ecommerce is a significant advantage
- The ability to operate as part of a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to succeed in a varied, fast paced environment
- Commercial acumen with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Integrity of the highest level
- Experience working with relevant software platforms relating to online channels & marketplaces is also highly desirable
