Working for a large FM and Maintenance Provider to the MOD estate, this role is working on a large housing maintenance refurbishment programme across a large swathe of England for the accommodation of HM Forces personnel.
As a diligent pre-construction planner/scheduler/data analyst, they are looking for someone who can utilise Excel to manage the projects programme, which is an Excel dataset. Ensure timely and highly accurate input for all project updates, and oversight of project delivery for financial forecasting purposes. To maintain complete overview of the full programme from inception through to project delivery, escalate emerging risks to the programme, schedule the internal resources and undertake all reporting. Manage the requests process for new projects, maintaining the 'Service Register' of future projects, and working with the Asset Manager to undertake data analysis to assist in creating future programmes of work, known as the Forward Additional Service Programme

You will be an integral part of ensuring property data is up-to-date, analysed and producing progress reports on what works needs to be carried out and a timeline.
This role is home based, but will require occasional visits to MOD bases within the East Midlands region. This role will require BPSS clearance, so you need to have a clear criminal record.
Job Duties
Working closely with the surveyors, project and ecologists,
Oversee and manage the projects programme, documenting the project process from inception, pre-construction & approvals, through to project completion. Ensuring accurate and timely updating of project updates.
*Reporting and data analysis function. Regular progress reporting for budgetary purposes, Contract KPI's (monthly and quarterly), management meetings.
*FASP - annual programme to be established for delivery within predetermined client financial periods.
*Manage Service Register for future project requests.

*Work closely with the Pre-construction Manager to programme site surveys and maintain pace for the preparation of projects, and the Procurement Manager achieve client commercial approval of project works, such they may be delivered by the Area Teams.
*Identify budgetary, resource and programme issues that need to be addressed.
*Work with the Asset Management team, actively inform the future works programmes (FASP)
*Confer with Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and Operational teams to agree priorities of Billable Works projects on a regular basis.
you will be inputting and updating data from property and ecological inspections.
You will be updating compliance data.
You will also be analysing data and liaising with a variety of stakeholders for information.
*Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work
*Liaising with professional stakeholders -surveyors, engineers*Working between home office and very occasional visits to Midlands-based MOD sites.

About You
As an intermediate planner, or programme scheduler, you will have outstanding Excel skills. You will need to be able to use look-ups and pivot tables, along with:
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Analytical and highly organised
*Strong, demonstrable, Microsoft expertise including Project, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
*Self-motivated programme performance and analyse the data to provide insightful reports which allow for decision-making
*High level of communication skills

What you'll get in return for this is weekly pay on an hourly rate and for 3 months initially. There is the potential for this to be permanent after 3 months. The permanent
