Job title: Maintenance and Repair Lead

Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: Up to £85,000 Depending on experience
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Hours of work: 37 hours per week - 5 days per week on site
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Level 3 NVQ Construction site supervision
- A relevant H&S qualification
- First line management qualification
- 5 GCES's (A-C)
- Level 3 HNC in Facilities or site maintenance management
- ONC/HNC in joinery/construction/engineering
- Large scale project experience
- BEng/MEng in relevant discipline
- Level 6 construction contracting facilities management
- Level 5/6 HND or equivalent in facilities management
Ideally applicants should also have:
- CIOB Status

Role information:

- Lead and manage a maintenance and repair team in solving complex construction and installation challenges
- Manage the effective post construction of the project for the site management and delivery phase
- Contribute to planning and meeting forums
- Support engineers and site supervisors
- Support the implementation of performance monitoring and reporting
- Support forecasting for resourcing projections
- Study drawings and project specifications
- Develop risk and method statements
- Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to
- Assist in the development of the engineering team
- Supervise the removal of plant and equipment
- Assist with handover
