Warehouse Supervisor

Duties:
- Loading company and customer orders into vehicles and preparing orders to be delivered directly to farms
- Operating a forklift truck whilst adhering to all safety standards
- Servicing customers, delivery drivers and company sales representatives providing support and advice where qualified, in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Placing all incoming goods in an organised and efficient manner, and identifying stock anomalies and taking appropriate action
- Storing chemicals and hazardous goods in the correct manner
Person Specification:
- Able to carry out a manual handling role, and be able to lift 25kg in a safe manner
- Able to drive a Counterbalance Forklift, with appropriate licence/s
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
- Able to memorise stock locations
- Professional towards supporting customers needs
- Able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- It is preferred that the candidate has an in-date counterbalance forklift licence and experience, however training can be provided for the right candidate
Monday-Friday (8.30am-5.00pm) plus Saturday (8.30am-5.00pm) on a rota basis
