Salary/Rate:
£45,000 - £70,000/annum + Bonus and Package

Join one of Scotland's leading Tier 1 contractors as a BID Manager in Inverness. My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to drive their business development efforts and lead high-quality bids for major construction projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling, winning proposals
Analyse tender documents, assess risks, and identify winning strategies
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:
Proven experience in bid management within the construction industry
Strong understanding of the tendering process and market dynamics
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
