Role: Full-Time Early Years Practitioner
Location: BS2
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (45 minutes lunch break)

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the development of young children. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that meet the developmental needs of children.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual learning plans.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns.
  • Support children with personal care routines, including toileting, feeding, and dressing.
  • Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
