Opportunities Available for General Assemblers / Inspectors (INDCOM)

Are you a skilled General Operative or Inspector looking for an opportunity with a well-established and respected company? We have an exciting new role in Northampton (NN5) that could be the perfect fit for you, offering significant growth potential within the business.

Position: General Operative / Inspector
Location: Northampton, NN5
Hourly Rate: Up to £13 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect forward axis parts used in cow milking robots.

Check torque settings and perform no marks visual inspection.

Inspect painted products on the paint line.

Assist with general assembly and labor tasks as needed.

Work in the bead blast, spot weld, and general assembly areas.

Achieve targeted production based on job running times.

Adhere to all company policies and instructions.
What We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated individuals capable of carrying out multiple roles.

High attention to detail and clear communication skills with team members.

Experience in reading engineering drawings.

Prior experience in sheet metal and machining processes is an advantage.
