The firm is recognised for its sector excellence and focuses on consumer products: energy; financial institutions; hotels & leisure; infrastructure & projects; life sciences & healthcare; real estate; and technology, media & telecommunications.
The firm's Financial Services and Regulation team counts wholesale and retail banks, insurers, broker deals, investment managers, payment service providers and consumer finance lenders, in addition to start-ups and fintech companies, among its key roster of clients. Their specialist regulatory lawyers advise retail and wholesale financial services firms on managing regulatory risk and resolving and avoiding regulatory action and disputes. Among the team's expertise includes banking and investment business regulation, Brexit planning and restructuring, fintech, regulated financial services outsourcing, UK and EU regulatory mandates.
The team is now seeking a senior Financial Services Regulatory solicitor to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience advising clients across wholesale and retail on the full range of non-contentious financial services regulatory matters. Candidates should have excellent academic and gained experience at a highly regarded City or international practice.
