Contracts Manager

Due to continued growth, a long established building contractor are seeking to employ a Contracts Manager who can contribute to the overall successful running of the department including: production, commercial issues and health and safety.
You will be responsible for all operations on a number of sites (up to a maximum of 5) with values ranging between £1m and £15m.
Duties include:
Ensure adherence to project requirements, specifications, design drawings, and Health and Safety regulations across all projects
Work closely with Clients, Designers, Architects and Surveyors.
Managing a team of Site Managers/Foremen as well as mix of sub contractors and in house labour
Ensuring the highest possible HS&E standards across all projects.
Responsible for reviewing method statements, risk assessments, and construction phase plans/programmes.
Experience required
Ideally, the succesful candidate will have prior experience of managing a number of live projects across Education, Healthcare, Commercial etc however applications are invited from candidates with consistent employment history at Project Manager level looking to take a step in their career to Contracts Manager level.
Remuneration is negotiable dependent upon experience, up to £90,000 p.a including company vehicle or car allowance and attractive benefits package
