Job Purpose:

As the Brand Manager, you will lead the management and enhancement of our brand, focusing on growing brand awareness and engagement through strategic content creation and robust social media presence.

You will be solely responsible for the execution of these strategies, ensuring our brand narrative is compelling and aligned with our business goals.

Knowledge:

• Extensive knowledge of brand management, content creation, and digital marketing.

Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce compelling marketing content.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to independently manage and execute complex projects.
• Analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies.

Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Advanced marketing qualifications or certifications are advantageous.

Ongoing Professional Development in marketing-related courses.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and executing brand strategies.

Experience in the construction or related industry is advantageous, with a focus on digital marketing and content management.
