Position: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Northampton Central - Cultural Quarter
Competitive salary: Up to £35,000 DOE + £500 bonus paid per placement.
Type: Permanent / Full Time

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Candidate Resourcer to join our team. This role is pivotal to our continued success, supporting high-level recruitment processes and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional candidates to our clients. The successful candidate for the Candidate Resourcer role will need to be proficient in resourcing, with a strong understanding of the tools and platforms required to attract and engage top-tier talent.
Role and responsibilities for the Recruitment Resourcer:
- Utilise advanced tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Ordo, and Salesforce to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Create client profiles and position descriptions to attract top talent
- Maintain an updated and organised candidate database, ensuring all interactions and candidate information are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
- Support follow-up activities based on the calls and interactions made by the recruitment team throughout the day.
- Assist with managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress on ongoing recruitment projects.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements for the Recruitment Resourcer:
- Proven experience in a similar resourcing role within a recruitment agency.
- High level of professionalism with the ability to confidently interact with business owners, directors, and senior leaders.
- Strong experience with resourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Ordo, Salesforce, and job posting platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging client profiles.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality results.
