Building Services Manager - OFCI Manager (Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed) - West London Data Centre - 12 month contract - c£600 a day CIS

As OFCI (Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed) Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering the owner furnished & contractor installed, electrical and mechanical systems on a project for a new hyper-scale data centre facility in West London.
You will be leading and managing the on-site operation to ensure each stage of the project is delivered on time and within budget.

As OFCI Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. on-site leading the entire project life cycle
2. engaging and working with vendors to ensure the delivery of the project
3. monitoring the program and project time-line ensuring each phase is delivered on time
4. mange materials purchasing ensuring that projects are delivered on budget
5. taking ownership of the general contractor's delivery of the installation of the mechanical and electrical equipment
6. ensure that all on-site activity is delivered within the health and safety guidelines
7. supporting the commissioning and handover at the end of the project

As OFCI Project Manager, you will have experience in leading the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing projects for large new-build Data Centres with an M&E package of around £100M. Previous experience of working on data centre projects will be of benefit. Candidates will be considered if experience is with either mechanical or electrical bias and from other large critical facilities environments.

Preferably 5+ years of construction project management experience.
