As they continue to make waves in their industry, they are on the lookout for a Social Media Specialist to lead the charge on hard hitting content across all channels.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Transform existing content into captivating reels and short-form videos that resonate with their audience.
- Forge and manage relationships with influencers to boost the brand’s presence through collaborations and competitions.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the social media channels and website are always fresh and on brand.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns from concept to completion, including seasonal product promotions, launches and special events.
- Monitor social media metrics and performance to optimize future content and strategy
What We're Looking For:
- A social media guru with a passion for driving brand engagement and building vibrant online communities.
- This role is based at their Poole, Dorset headquarters and offers a hybrid work environment after the probationary period.
- A self-starter with a creative vision, always ahead of the curve when it comes to new trends and technologies.
- Proven experience in social media management, from content creation to audience interaction.
