Estimator

Konnect Recruit are looking for an Estimator for an established main contractor who work across a wide range of including Commercial, Defence, Education and Healtcare with projects up to £30M.
Role and responsibilities:
- Working as part of the pre-construction team
- Reporting into the Estimating Manager
- Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates
- Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live
Requirements:
- Experience working for a main contractor
- Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager
- Good knowledge of JCT form of contract
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
