Talent Engagement Specialist * Inside IR35 * 4 months initial contract * £320 per day * London (Hybrid)

Our client is looking for a Talent Engagement Specialist to join their team and play a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategies alongside hiring managers, aiming to find and match great people with their vacancies.

Proficiency in a tracking software such as Applicant Tracking System or CRM tool would be a plus!

This is a hybrid role based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract great candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and positioning job offers; right through to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement talent engagement programs and initiatives, and talent pipelining.
• Monitoring feedback and outcomes received to empower you to learn, adapt and grow.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent engagement and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
