Role Overview for Sales Administrator:

• Make outbound calls to current, lapsed, and prospective customers to retain business or document reasons for lost business
• Keep marketing lists up to date (email and telephone)
• Build rapport to gain customer confidence and trust
• Provide quotes to customers
• Communicate customer trends internally
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Perform other administrative duties as needed

About You:

• Outbound telephone experience (highly desirable)
• Strong customer service skills
• Resilient, motivated, and well-organized
• Ability to manage your own workload
• Proficient in IT and familiar with data protection principles
• Experience in a similar role (desirable)
