Customer Service Administrator

Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside their client based in Chapeltown who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their supply chain team. This is a full time roles on a fixed term basis of 12 months and will involve hybrid working. Prior export knowledge is a requirement for this role and knowledge of a second language is desirable.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities for this role include;
- Processing all sales orders in timely manner
- Handling complex customer enquiries and resolving questions and complaints
- Monitoring inboxes and telephones and answering all product enquiries
- Filling out export paperwork and certifications
- Supporting Senior Customer Service Specialists with variety of projects
- Liaising with relevant departments to solve complex inquiries and complaints
- Clarifying orders, providing technical guidance and facilitating recurring orders
- Building ongoing relationships with customers
The right candidate will be pro-active and ensure positive reinforcement within the customer service team. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, participate in meetings, and provide first class customer service. A knowledge of Sales Force will be beneficial.
