Weekend Machine Operator

Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Weekend Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loading shovels and/or 360 grabs. This role is vital for weekend operations, and you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient machinery operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate loading shovels and/or 360 grabs safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery.
• Ensure materials are handled and processed according to safety guidelines and company standards.
• Report any machinery issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating loading shovels and/or 360 grabs.
• Strong understanding of machinery operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid certification or relevant qualifications for operating machinery (if applicable).
