The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing new build commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing on-site activities, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, and maintaining effective communication with clients and contractors.
 
Package: Up to £55,000 + benefits (health insurance, company vehicle, pension scheme)
Location: London

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure project plans are followed.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Resolve any issues or delays on-site promptly.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.

 Experience & Skills Required: 

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably within roofing.
• SMSTS
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation processes.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
