Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join our Bristol office, reporting directly to the Legal Director and Head of Private Client (Wills and Probate). This role will primarily handle private client inquiries, including those referred internally from other departments, with a focus on delivering outstanding client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Private Client Files: Handle all aspects of private client work, including wills, probate, trusts, estates, LPAs, tax, and Court of Protection matters.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for private client inquiries, ensuring top-tier service.
• Collaboration: Work closely with support staff and liaise with the Legal Director on budgeting and training needs.
• Billing & Compliance: Achieve agreed-upon billing targets and maintain high professional standards, including accurate record-keeping.
• Business Development: Actively contribute to the growth of the department and serve as a positive ambassador for the firm.
