Bid Assistant

Copello have partnered with a marine consultancy located in the Fareham area with the recruitment of a Bid Assistant, to support the Bid Manager day to day in the commercial function in the bids, tenders, contracts and portals.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitor commercial activity and leads proactively
- Progress commercial enquires
- Assist with set up, development of the CRM
- Maintain Supplier Tender Registrations spreadsheet
- Assist with preparation and submissions of all bids and proposals
Ideal candidates will have:
- Ideally have some experience in a Bids / Tendering / Supply Chain position
- Use of portals
- Well organised
- Worked within an Administrative role
- Ideally worked within Marine / Defence industry – regulated manufacturing organisation
- Worked to deadlines
- Liaise with cross functional teams internally
The company offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 (DoE) plus some flexible working 3 days in the office, 2 from home. Also fantastic learning and development opportunities.
