Position: Service Advisor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Accurately record customer concerns, service requirements, and vehicle details for service or repair.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure efficient scheduling and timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress, costs, and any additional work required.
- Provide clear explanations of service and repair options to customers, offering advice and recommendations as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and care.
- Manage invoicing, payment processing, and relevant service documentation.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining regular contact and follow-up.
- Contribute to achieving department sales targets by promoting additional products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using automotive software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and team-player mentality.
