Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester, we are looking to introduce a QA Manager into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market.
The main focus for this role is to provide technical, QC lead & support in quality management system for the plant in order to meet business requirement.
You will:
- Supervise the daily activities of lab technicians and support development related training whenever necessary.
- To ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment.
- Accountable for QC of all raw materials, in-process and finished products accordingly.
- To ensure sufficient inventory of lab chemicals and material available for final and in-process QC.
Requirements:
- Degree/Qualification - Chemistry or related
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced within Chemicals, Renewables, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Manufacturing
- Experience with ISO14001 & ISO45001
- Exposure to SAP
