We are recruiting experienced, qualified nursery practitioners to provide cover for the nurseries we work with in St Albans.

All nurseries we work with offer a close nit team who support each other, they ensure the day is filled with fun and laughter and they have a passion to see children in their care have the best possible start to their education.
You must have a minimum level 3 Early Years qualification to be considered for this role.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have at least 6 months experience working within a nursery or
• Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Have a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• 10-year checkable work/education history.
• Proof of ‘Right to Work in the UK’

What we are looking for:
• Real passion for education and learning.
• Demonstrate the ability to cultivate positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues
• Adaptable and reliable.
• Be able to use your own initiative to work as part of a team
• Have experience of the UK curriculum; minimum 6 months.

We want you to enjoy your work, we are fortunate to have two former Assistant Principals who can offer you FREE CPD to share classroom strategies, to date they have supported our educators in over 1200 classroom observations.
We have a range of courses to support your work with young children (EYFS), SEND children (including autism & ADHD) and more.
