With this role you will be responsible for driving the business growth within the organisation, developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, researching new market opportunities and forecasting revenue.
The salary for this position is between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum and is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Creating a sales pipeline
- Supporting the Sales and Referrals team, ensuring all targets and goals are being met
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Preparing financial projections and sales targets
Key Skills and Experience of a Business Development Manager:
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills are required
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Business and commercial acumen skills are required as it is crucial for growing the service
- You should have a drive to seek new business and have strategic and analytical thinking skills
