You'll be the go-to person for site teams and managers, identifying hazards, minimizing risks, and championing HSEQ initiatives. What You'll Do:

• Provide expert HSEQ advice and support to teams across multiple projects.
• Lead the charge on health, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Keep our teams informed and empowered with timely HSEQ updates and reports.

What You'll Need:

• NEBOSH general certificate or IOSH qualification.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for promoting a safe work environment.
• Previous experience in a similar HSEQ role, ideally within civil engineering or the water industry.
