As an HSEQ Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards. You'll be the go-to person for site teams and managers, identifying hazards, minimizing risks, and championing HSEQ initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safer, healthier, and more efficient workplace.
What You'll Do:
- Provide expert HSEQ advice and support to teams across multiple projects.
- Lead the charge on health, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Keep our teams informed and empowered with timely HSEQ updates and reports.
What You'll Need:
- NEBOSH general certificate or IOSH qualification.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for promoting a safe work environment.
- Previous experience in a similar HSEQ role, ideally within civil engineering or the water industry.
