We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client's dynamic and growing team in Hungerford. If you are a highly motivated and organised individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, then this role is for you! No previous experience required as full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking Orders: Use handheld scanners or pick lists to locate and pick items based on customer orders.

- Fitting: Conduct basic parts assembly or reconfiguration using hand tools.

- Packing & Labelling: Prepare items for shipment by securely packing and labelling them.

- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.

- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and notify supervisors of any issues.

- Organisation: Keep the warehouse clean and organised to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and improve processes.

- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as required. Training will be provided. Some heavy lifting may be involved.
