Senior Site Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a tier 1 residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Senior Site Manager to lead the internal fit out on a large RC frame residential scheme.
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing several blocks consisting of around 40 apartment units each, taking units from 1st fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for managing a team of Managers, ensuring excellent health and safety is met, managing sub-contractors, ensuring the programme is met and run on time. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge on dryling and M+E packages. Also, working for a tier 1 resi main contractor or developer here would be highly desirable.
You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate here. This is a long term freelance assignment for 12 months plus.
