IT Support Analyst

Contract Duration: 1 month initially
Location: Chessington

IT Support Analyst required for an initial 1-month contract role with a potential to convert to permanent.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing strong 1st and 2nd line online support, with a focus on achieving a first-time fix. You will be supporting a range of technologies including Microsoft operating systems, Windows 10, Office 365, legacy apps and printers,

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end-users for all desktop, hardware, and software issues.
  • Strive for a first-time fix resolution to all user queries and technical issues.
  • Maintain and support Microsoft operating systems, primarily Windows 10.
  • Assist with Office 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance and user access.
  • Respond to support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining clear communication with users.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues with printers and other peripheral devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support roles, delivering 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 applications.
  • Experience with printer support and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
