Our client is a local contractor with a t/o of c£10m who specialise in delivering projects across the health and social housing sectors.

They have a new  build affordable housing scheme in Bradford due to kick off in the coming weeks and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have a background working with regional build contractors with a proven track record of delivering affordable housing and care home projects with a trades background.

Responsibilities will include;

• Working closely with a visiting Contracts Manager but be able to work autonomously
• Site build from the inception to handover
• Health and Safety
• Ensuring site is completed to time and budget constraints
• Liaison with client and building control
• Control and monitoring of sub-contractors
• Take offs

Ideal candidate must have;

• Previous affordable housing experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Solid job history with long term positions at known contractors
• SMSTS
• CSCS Management
• First Aid Certificate
