Job Title: Part time Waking Night Support Worker (Children's Home)
Salary: Up to £ £24,003.00 (based on full time hours)
Contracted Hours: Shifts 21:30pm - 7:30am, Tuesday & Wednesday night with the option of potential overtime
Location: Brighton

Responsibilities:
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be a core part of a team that works together to provide outstanding care for young people with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.

You'll use the training and support provided as well as your knowledge and experience to offer genuine care, emotional first aid and a warm, homely and therapeutic environment to the young people living - helping them to build resilience and achieve their full potential.

Waking Night Support Worker Role requirements:
* Qualified to Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a related care field - ideally hold the Level 3 in residential care
* Have a minimum of 1 year Support Worker experience within the care sector
* Experience working with high risk and challenging behaviours
* Have the ability to work under pressure and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
* Committed to working within a therapeutic framework
* Creative & able to use your own initiative
* Possess good written, IT & communication skills
