What You’ll Do

As a Delivery Team Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping us meet the demanding needs of our clients by building relationships with top industry talent. You’ll be at the heart of our growth, focusing on recruiting top talent for both permanent and contract roles in the Oil & Gas sector. Your responsibilities will include:

• Candidate Network Growth: Develop and nurture a network of proven, high-calibre candidates within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Industry Leads: Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify and convert potential business opportunities.
• Sourcing & Qualification: Source, qualify, and present the best candidates for technical roles that match client vacancies.

• Client-Centric Approach: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver talent that exceeds their expectations.
• Technical Recruitment: Specialize in sourcing and placing highly skilled candidates for oil & gas projects, including both permanent and contract roles.
• Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new lucrative markets, expanding our reach in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Travel Opportunities: Engage in international and domestic travel to meet clients and visit worksite locations, building stronger relationships.
• Industry Events: Attend seminars, trade shows, and other networking events to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Operational Collaboration: Work closely with our Operations & Mobilisation team to ensure seamless contractor onboarding and deployment.
• CRM Management: Maintain and optimize client and candidate data using our CRM for efficient tracking and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a recruitment/sourcing role within a technical or specialized industry (Oil & Gas experience is a bonus). Alternatively someone that has come from a fast paced telesales background.
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify, engage, and manage high-quality candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and tenacious attitude – you love the hunt for the perfect candidate and won’t stop until you find them!
