Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency, and we are excited to be recruiting for a regional main contractor specializing in educational projects. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Walthamstow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in coordinating construction project activities.
- Handle and monitor workers, equipment, and construction materials at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and construction teams.
- Assist in managing project schedules and budgets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience as an Assistant Site Manager.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with educational projects is preferred.
