They are seeking an experienced administrator with expertise in compliance and legislation to join a newly established desk focused on managing reports related to houses of multiple occupation and additional licenses. This role entails overseeing client interactions, ensuring compliance, generating reports, and handling various administrative duties. Additionally, you will coordinate with contractors, manage work orders, and process invoices. The position provides clear pathways for career advancement within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

  • Location: Worthing
  • Salary; £30,000 OTE
  • 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday.
  • No weekends
  • Industry experience is essential (2 years minimum)

The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, particularly in legal compliance and client relations. Responsibilities include managing disputes, responding to enquiries, and offering expert advice. A minimum of two years of experience in a lettings or property management environment is required, and an ARLA qualification is considered advantageous.
