Position: Sales Executive
Location: Cannock
Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets: Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding both individual and team targets through effective sales strategies.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities within both B2B and B2C markets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the company's products, including furniture, hardware, and IT equipment, to effectively meet client needs.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, ideally within the furniture, hardware, or IT equipment industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Sales Drive: A strong drive to succeed, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
- Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
