Finishing Manager needed in Peckham, London

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager for a site based in Peckham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the internal finishing works on a construction project. This is a two-month contract with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all internal finishing works to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the finishing phase.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and report progress to the site manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Internal Finishing Manager.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• First Aid Ticket.
• CSCS Card (Black, Gold, or Blue).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
