Temporary Clinical Support

Location: Surrey/Sussex area 

3 MONTHS FULLTIME CONTRACT! 

This is a temporary position that requires flexibility and collaborative work ethic to work alongside the UK NHS Team to support trials and evaluations in UK NHS Hospitals. 

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is to be achieved by delivering a range of support services to customers while obtaining, arranging and managing clinical evaluations of medical products for potential customers.

This will involve dealing with customer representatives at all levels (e.g. Consultants, Theatre Managers, Theatre Nurses, Procurement/Supplies Managers, Infection Control Managers/Nurses, Occupational Health Managers/Nurses, etc.)

To assist and support the NHS Team Leader as well as the other RSM’s whilst carrying out trial work.

Your duties will also include:

• Undertaking product training to properly explain and demonstrate the company’s products in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrating the range of Surgical gloves to clinical staff.
• Answer questions and objections.
• Networking with Key Decision-Makers.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• A current, valid driving licence is an essential requirement of this post, as a company vehicle will be provided for travel within the UK.
• There may be occasions when products will require transferring to or from company vehicles or within hospitals, for example from stores to theatres, during evaluations.
• On a more regular basis there will be the requirement to transfer product from a theatre, ward or department store to actual usage areas for the customer/potential customer’s staff. These are only to be carried out with extreme caution in line with current Handling & Moving legislation / guidelines and after discussion with your line manager.
