Sales Support Executive

We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading Cybersecurity powerhouse looking for Sales Support to join their growing operations department.

You will become a key member of the sales process supporting from a post sale relationship allowing you to develop and grow within the role.

 This Sales Support role will have you reporting directly into the sales account managers and managing relationships with vendors and resellers from a post-sale capacity.

This position offers development, scope and dedicated mentoring joining a leading firm only on the upwards trajectory.

Our client is looking for a confident communicator with the ability to work competently on Excel with a passion for providing a high quality service.

This Sales Support role will hold the below responsibilities:

  • To provide full sales administrative and support excellence to the sales team, the vendor, and our reseller partners
  • Actioning functions that are required to deliver excellent customer service
  • Create a high volume of quotations for both new business and renewal opportunities.
  • To manage the sales order process from receipt of PO from customer through to the supply chain team including quality checks and error resolutions
  • Managing and chasing back – order report where required
  • Assist with managing the RMA process
  • Ensure the CRM system is used and updated as defined for your vendor
  • To have an excellent working relationship with the vendors sales team, supply chain and renewals team

This Sales Support role requires the below skills and personal requirements:

 

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • Driven and self – motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Numerate with good attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry and CRM
