Location: Home based with travel to West Midlands 
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Overview:

Working for a leading training organisation, you will proactively support, develop and motivate adult learners (16+) working towards Tech, Digital and Data work based qualifications. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the role/sector.

A typical week:

• Coach & support caseload of learners 
• Design & deliver training programmes
• Build & maintain strong employer relationships
• Conduct assessments & manage learner progress

You will need the following for this role:

• Degree qualification 
• Coaching or mentoring experience 
• Passion for developing others 
• An understanding or interest in IT/Tech
